Pingen configures a folder on Pingen’s S3 instance with individual access credentials.

Simply transfer the PDFs to be sent to this folder.

All PDFs stored in the folder are directly processed by Pingen and automatically submitted for sending.

The documents are then printed in international print facilities, packaged and send as a postal letter.

Pingen doesn’t use S3 from Amazon but has its own S3 instance on which the accesses/buckets for the customers reside. Accordingly, when using S3 from Pingen, no data is processed by Amazon.
As soon as you have transferred your documents to Pingen via S3, each processing step of these documents can be managed and tracked in the Pingen App.
